Breast
Augmentation
For
the woman who, for personal reasons, feels her
breast size is too small, or
not properly contoured,
cosmetic breast augmentation can be the answer.
With a
breast augmentation
(breast
enlargement),
the
surgeon inserts an
implant filled
with saline (salt) solution to improve the contour and
increase the size of
the breast.

variety of incision options can be discussed with the
surgeon at the time of
your consultation.

Breast Implant Exchange
Breast Implant Exchange is necessary when the patient would
like a
breast size enhancement or when the
implant encapsulates
or in the case of a
breast implant deflation.
The old
implant is
removed along with the adjacent scar tissue as necessary. A new
implant is put in place usually entering the breast through
already existing scars.
Implant exchange
and mastopexy can be
done in one surgical session.
Breast Reduction
Breast Reduction
transforms heavy pendulous breasts into smaller
and lighter breasts that help to end chest, shoulder, back and neck
pain, skin irritations, deep bra strap indentations and often
improves the patients self image.
Dr. Wolin will make several
incisions to remove excess tissue and reposition the nipples, the
breasts are reshaped into a more pleasing form.
Breast
Lift (Mastopexy)
Mastopexy (Breast Lift) rejuvenates
a figure by restoring the
lift and the shape after pregnancy, nursing and gravity have
taken their toll. The breasts are raised, the nipples are
repositioned and the areolas (the darker skin around the
nipples) can be reduced in size.
The scars commonly fade nicely
over time. Breast augmentation
and
breast lift are commonly done
together when the skin has lost elasticity and begins to sag.
