Deep furrows on the forehead, frown lines over the eyes, drooping eyebrows, and hood-like skin over the eyes are all conditions that can make you look older than you are – or feel.  Whether age or heredity causes these conditions, a forehead lift (or browlift) can give you a more youthful, animated and alert appearance.

Dr. Wolin uses an endoscope, a long, thin tube with a light on the end, which is attached to a video camera.  It takes several small incisions in the scalp to insert the endoscope so that the surgeon can see and work on internal structures of the forehead.

When the lift is completed the incisions are then closed with clips or sutures.  Forehead and browlifts may be performed alone, or along with other procedures such as a facelift or eyelid surgery.
